EHR IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST.
As a member of the Implementation team, I was responsible for the management and development of systems to ensure full utilization and tailoring of platforms to match and support medical practice objectives using agile techniques and strategies. While serving in this role I reviewed and analyzed business processes, services, and information needs with a vision of implementing change management initiatives focused on improving the user experience and increasing productivity. This role collaborated with the Implementation Team while being adaptable and embracing change, as well as having a competent technical understanding in other mission critical systems. A vital part of the role was training providers, nursing staff, and users across the clinic and back-office. While serving in this role I reported to the VP of IT / Chief Information Officer.
Systems and Platforms
01. Allscripts PRO EHR.
Today’s ambulatory practices are facing significant challenges. 02. UroChart EHR.
UroChart Electronic Health Records (EHR) software by IntrinsiQ is aimed specifically for urologists. UroChart EHR System has been developed as a solution to the shortfall of the traditional method of patient record keeping. Designed by urologists, the specialty-specific interface of UroChart cloud-based EHR Software aims to seamlessly align workflow, integrated operations, and enhance patient care.
UroChart Electronic Health Records) software is a urology-specific software it has built-in codes and templates to assist with routine diagnosis and patient charting. These templates are customizable, so doctors can add and replace widgets and selection options they prefer on their dashboard. CIMplify Utilized VMware Desktop and App Virtualization hosted on servers in a privately owned data center. I worked with IT to perform maintenance, and answer tier II support calls regarding the remote desktops and apps. I was required to have a working knowledge of how we hosted, deployed, and maintained the VMware services.

04. Microsoft SQL Server.
I was required to have a functional understanding of how relational databases work, and how we used them in our enterprise environment. A general understanding of powershell commands and SQL scripts was also required to perform the functions in this role.

05. Citrix Receiver.
